I'm a
freelance photographer specializing in unit photography,
construction, architecture, travel, studio and environmental
portrait photography.
My career in photography began in 1989 as photojournalist
shooting pictures for The Times newspaper in Trenton, NJ. Since
then I have worked for the Associated Press, The Trentonian
and as a freelance photojournalist for
several newspapers and magazines throughout the United States. In 1997 I began working as a unit
photographer on feature films, that work has taken
me to New York City, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Boston and
Philadelphia. After five years in
the movie business I
decided to take a break and I began working as the Executive Editor of the Oahu Island
News newspaper in Honolulu, Hawaii. I worked at the newspaper until
October 2004 when the newspaper changed ownership and I returned to the world of
movie and freelance
photography.
My freelance work has been
very rewarding and I've had the opportunity to pursue several personal
projects: "Road
Trip Across the USA"
and "Cops & Dogs."
All of my
photography work is being done using digital technology. Although, I haven't given up on film
completely, I can still provide color transparencies when requested or needed for unique
assignments. |
